RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is in its original, unused condition.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery and in its original packaging.

CANCELLATIONS:
We accept order cancellations within 2 hours of purchase.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide us with photos of the damage. Once verified, we will send you a replacement.
