PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
We offer a variety of drinkware options and our processing times vary depending on the product and time of year.
Processing can take between 1-7 business days.
For the most up to date processing times, please check the product details tab.
For shipping within the U.S., your order should arrive within 2-5 business days after the ship date.
For international orders, your order should arrive within 7-21 business days after the ship date.
Please note we cannot guarantee any delivery dates.
We are doing everything we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible, but there may be circumstances outside of our control that delays the delivery of your order (such as weather, USPS staffing shortages, etc.)
Digital proofs are available by request during checkout.
We are happy to provide one, just please understand that it may delay your order.
If you'd like a digital proof before we process your order, please add in the textbox marked "Add a note for Modish Outdoors (optional)" located on Your Cart page that you'd like a design proof.
If you need to make any changes to the shipping address, please contact us ASAP.
We may need to cancel your order and request that you place a new order with the correct shipping address.
Kindly note that once your order has been printed and shipped out we cannot make any changes to the shipping address.
We are not responsible for items that are undeliverable or shipped to the wrong address provided by a customer. If undeliverable items are returned to us, we will re-ship them to the correct address.
The customer is responsible for all additional re-shipping charges.
If you contact us within 2 hours of purchase, we can update the personalization on your order.
Please note that once your order has been printed we are unable to make any changes to the design.
For personalized orders, we cannot accept returns unless your order arrives damaged or are defective.
For non-customized orders, we do accept returns within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is in its original, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the item(s) must be shipped back to us within 14 days of

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide us with photos of the damage.
Once verified, we will re-print and send you out a replacement.
While we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for orders that arrive later than expected.
Any estimated delivery dates provided are not a guaranteed shipping date. Shipping timeframes are outside of our control and shipping carriers may experience delays due to issues like staffing shortages, unexpected weather, etc.

Yes, Kristin can create a custom design for you! But she only has limited availability to create designs, so please contact us before placing an order.
Kindly note that creating the custom artwork, revisions, production, and shipping can take 2-3+ weeks.
