Products & Gifting
Yes, we can provide you with a digital proof of your personalized design before we process your order. Digital proofs are available by request only.
While we are happy to provide design proofs, please understand they may delay your order.
Yes, Kristin does offer custom design services! She has limited availability to create designs though, so please email us at hello@modishoutdoors.com with details about what you're looking for before placing an order.
Creating the custom artwork, revisions, & production can take an additional 2-3 weeks. Depending on the complexity of the request, there may be additional charges for creating your custom design.
Yes, we can include a gift message with your order. At this time we can only include one gift message per order.
To add a gift message, please visit the product page for the item you are interested in purchasing. Above the "ADD TO CART" button is a section called "INLCUDE A GIFT MESSAGE?". Check the box "YES" and a textbox will appear for your message. Type your message and then click "ADD TO CART" to proceed with checking out.

We are unable to add a gift note to an order once it has been placed.
Our products are packaged in a cute, gift-ready manner and are ready to send directly to your gift recipient!
Below are the packaging details for each product:

Pricing information is omitted from all packing slips. You can also include a gift message with your order via the product page.
Yes, we offer bulk pricing. Order quantities of 25+ are considered bulk. Please email us at hello@modishoutdoors.com for pricing information.
Order Issues
If you realize your personalization is incorrect, please contact us right away.
Send us an email at hello@modishoutdoors.com with the new personalization along with your order number.
If we haven't started processing your order yet, we can still update the personalization. Once your order has been processed we are unable to make any changes to your order.
If you need to make any changes to the shipping address, please contact us right away.
Send us an email at hello@modishoutdoors.com with the new shipping address and order number.
We may need to cancel your order and request that you place a new order with the correct shipping address.
Once your order has been processed, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address or cancel your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we will contact you for the correct shipping address. A customer is responsible for all additional re-shipping charges.
We try to fulfill orders very quickly! If we haven't begun processing your order, we can still cancel it for you.
Please reach out to us at hello@modishoutdoors.com with your order number. To ensure the best service, please send an email with the subject line “URGENT: Cancel Order".
If you request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing your order, we can guarantee your order can be cancelled.
Cancellations after 2 hours, however, are not guaranteed as we may have already started processing your order.
We try our best to get orders out as quickly as possible! Our processing times can vary throughout the year. We aim to process, pack, and ship out orders within 3-5 business days. During the holiday season and periods of higher sales volume, we may need to increase our processing time.
For our current processing times, please check the banner at the top of our shop. We also provide the current processing times on each product page.
Once we ship out your order, you’ll receive an email from us with a tracking number for your package. This email may get sorted into your spam or promotions folder, so please check there if it seems like you’ve been waiting too long.
When in doubt, you can always log into your account and click on the order in question to see its status.
Please note that sometimes tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier.

If the incorrect item was due to an error on our end, we will replace the incorrect item(s) and make it right.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for spelling & date errors that were entered incorrectly during checkout.
Oh no! We're so sorry that your order was damaged during transit. Please send us an email at hello@modishoutdoors.com within 7 days of delivery. In the email, please include photos of the damage.
Once verified, we will send you a replacement.

If your package has been marked as delivered:

Double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure it was shipped to the correct address.

Check your mailbox or anywhere else you receive mail. The shipping carrier may have left the package somewhere discreet to prevent it from being stolen.

Check with your neighbors, family, or roommate(s). They might have accepted the package for you.

Check for a notice of attempted delivery on your tracking link. This will have more information on the next steps you should take to receive your package.

Give it a little more time. Some shipping carriers will scan items as delivered prior to arrival. We suggest waiting 3 business days to account for this.
If it has already been 3 business days and your package is still missing, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to start an inquiry for a missng package and email us with your order number at hello@modishoutdoors.com to let us know.
If your package has been lost in transit:
If your tracking information hasn't updated in 7 business days and you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@modishoutdoors.com.
We must be notified of any lost packages within 30 days of the ship date. If a package is not reported as lost within 30 days of the ship date, we will not be able to provide a replacement or refund.

Yes, we offer several different shipping options to choose from during checkout.

We do not ship to the countries listed on the United States Postal Service (USPS) international service disruptions list. Please check the following link to make sure your country is not listed before ordering:
USPS International Mail Service Disruptions
We do not offer free shipping promos to international orders at this time.
We are also not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We offer free ground shipping for continental U.S. orders over $55 (after discounts and prior to sales tax).
Shipping rates for orders under $55, international orders, and expedited orders will be calculated based on the order total and the destination address.
Shipping within the U.S.
Orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 3-5 business days after the ship date. If shipping to an address in Washington state, they will arrive faster - generally 1-2 business days after the ship date.
International Orders
Orders shipped internationally typically arrive within 7-21 business days after the ship date.
We cannot guarantee any delivery dates. We are doing everything we can on our end to get your order out as soon as possible, but there may be circumstances outside of our control that delays the delivery of your package (like weather, shipping carrier staffing shortages, etc.)
Personalized Items:
Personalized products are final sale, non-refundable, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Personalized Items:
Unused and unopened non-personalized products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must have been purchased from modishoutdoors.com and be returned in their original condition for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

We try to issue refunds as quickly as possible! Once we receive the returned package and inspect the items(s), we will credit your original payment method minus non-refundable shipping costs. You will then receive an email notification that we have processed your refund.

Rewards Program
The Outsider's Club is our free rewards program where you can earn points (referred to as coins) on all purchases at modishoutdoors.com, by completing tasks, and for referring new customers to our store.
Redeem your coins for rewards like discount coupons and free shipping!
Our program has three tiers, and as you climb to higher tiers, you earn coins faster and unlock even more rewards. :-)
Yes, joining the Outsider's Club is completely free. If you already have an account with us, you can use that email to login. If you don't have an account, just signup with your email to start earning coins!
Please remember to sign in whenever you order so you can earn points. You won't earn any points if you checkout as a guest.
You can earn coins through lots of different ways - by placing an order or by completing any of the tasks listed on this page (like joining this rewards program)!
Simply login to your account to see your balance and account information.
To redeem your coins, login in to your account. Once logged in, open the rewards panel and select "Ways to Redeem."
Use the points slider to select the amount of coins you would like to spend, then click Redeem.
You'll then be shown a page with your special coupon code. Select the "Apply Code" button to automatically apply your discount during checkout.
Unfortunately, no. Our site is unable to accept more than one discount or promotion per order. So you can only use one discount code at a time.
Yes - your coins will expire 2 years from the date you signed up for our rewards club if there is no activity or orders placed.
If you think there is an error with your coins, please email us hello@modishoutdoors.com. We will review and, if necessary, process the changes for you.
Please allow up to 3 business days for the changes to be reflected on your account.
To participate in our referral program, you must first be signed up for our rewards club and create an account. Once you are logged in, click on the rewards icon to go to your dashboard. Click on the Refer a Friend module and you can then share the URL with your friend(s)!
Yes! You can refer as many people as you like. Each time they make their first purchase you'll receive a reward! :-)
