My item was damaged out of the 30 day return/exchange window, what should I do?

Oh no! We're so sorry that happened. Please send us an email at hello@modishoutdoors.com with your order number and pictures of the damage anyway. Normal wear would not warrant a replacement or refund. But if it is deemed a manufacturing defect or unreasonable damage, we want to know about it and will try to make things right for you.
