Available in 2 colors and 2 sizes: black or silver and 11oz or 16oz.

Made of stainless steel, dipped in enamel. DO NOT MICROWAVE.

Each mug is printed by hand in our shop. All designs are printed directly on the mug through a process called dye-sublimation. This process ensures that your mug’s design is long-lasting and won’t fade or peel away.

Every mug ships adorably packaged in its own white gift box!

We are currently taking between 1-3 business days to print + ship out orders from our shop.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Kindly note that the following timeframes below are estimates only. There may be cirumstances outside of our control that delays the delivery of your package (e.g. adverse weather, USPS staffing issues, customs, etc.).

USA Orders: 2-5 business days
International Orders: 7-21 business days

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is in its original, unused condition.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery and in its original packaging.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
We are unable to accept returns on customized items.

CANCELLATIONS:
We accept order cancellations within 2 hours of purchase.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
In the rare event that your mug arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide us with photos of the damage. Once verified, we will reprint and send you out a new one.
