OUR ALDERWOOD ORNAMENTS
Our designs are laser engraved on high-quality 1/8" thick Alderwood - so they make beautiful keepsakes that will last for years to come! Due to the natural characteristics of wood, ornaments will vary slightly in color and grain. This adds to the distinct beauty and charm of each ornament. Comes packaged in a cotton drawstring bag and ready to hang on the Christmas tree!

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Our processing times vary throughout the year. Most orders will be processed & shipped out in 3-7 business days.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Kindly note that the following timeframes below are estimates only. There may be cirumstances outside of our control that delays the delivery of your package (e.g. adverse weather, USPS staffing issues, customs, etc.).

USA Orders: 2-5 business days
International Orders: 7-21 business days

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS: 
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is in its original, unused condition.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery and in its original packaging.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS: 
We are unable to accept returns on customized items.

CANCELLATIONS: 
We accept order cancellations within 2 hours of purchase.

DAMAGED ITEMS: 
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide us with photos of the damage. Once verified, we will send you a replacement.
